Reviews and Ratings
We had a lovely time at the hotel, especially with the kids enjoying the animal-themed rooms and the amazing pool facilities. However, the dining experience was a letdown, particularly at dinner, where a lot of menu items were unavailable. We also faced noise issues during the night which impacted our sleep. Overall, while we appreciated the engaging atmosphere and activities, improvements are needed in dining and noise control for a better family experience.
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and well-themed, perfect for our kids, but the pillows left much to be desired. The service was friendly, but we had some issues that affected our overall experience. The dining options were varied, though the quality could have been better. A definite plus was the access to the theme park, which made our visit memorable despite some service flaws.
We had a fantastic time at the hotel, which is conveniently located right by the theme park entrance. The kids loved the animal-themed rooms and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. However, we faced some issues with dining, especially since we had to pre-book and the quality didn't quite meet our expectations. Also, the swimming pool was quite busy, making it hard for us to enjoy it completely.
Our stay was overall enjoyable, especially for the kids, thanks to the delightful animal-themed rooms and the engaging pool area. The staff were friendly, and we loved the character interactions during breakfast. However, the dining experience let us down, particularly with the quality of food in the restaurants. While the hotel offers a lot for families, some aspects could be improved for the price we paid.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The theming in the rooms was enjoyable for my son, but overall the experience felt a bit chaotic, especially during meals. While the facilities, like the pool, were fun, I found the dining options lacking, both in quality and organization. The price seemed high for what we received, but we did appreciate the convenient proximity to the theme park.
