Excellent Stay for the Entire Family

The front desk team, notably Vicky, demonstrated excellent service. She was very efficient. The team offered helpful and friendly assistance. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared takeaway breakfast bags when my team needed to depart early. I found this service both unexpected and appreciated.
I encountered an issue with the rooms air conditioning. The system did not emit cold air. Better instructions for setting adjustments are needed.

The restaurants served meals. The breakfast mostly includes a buffet. On some occasions, the meals switch to table d'hote. The buffet is plentiful. The quality is sufficient to start the day.

the location near the park proved very convenient. it took only about 4 minutes to walk from the hotel to the park entrance. staying at this hotel provided an extra hour in the park before the main gates opened. this allowed us to enjoy some of the popular rides with shorter queues.
the room lacked soundproofing and that was an issue. the noise from other rooms and the hallway was quite noticeable. i found it difficult to relax and sleep well. the entertainment was poorly signposted. it was hard to find the rangers activities and the disco, and we discovered them by accident.

i really liked the easter activities on offer. my room had a fun children's section. the swimming facilities were great, i must say.
i was disappointed that the main pool was closed. the splash pool was the only option, but it needs repainting. the windows also needed cleaning. a smell reminded me of diapers.

the hotel was situated perfectly as i visited chessington world of adventure. rooms was spacious and clean too. breakfast i had included plenty of choices.
i arrived after a busy day in the park. the hotel lobby looked quite excellent, with a large giraffe to greet you and butterflies. we checked in at reception, but the lady could of gave us more information about the safari walk. the entertainment was quite poor. it just was like an afterthought in a conference room with a few games.
